SIU is making some things conflict with the main plot. Hopefully he has a reasonable explanation for those problems. If not, it means he is trying to change the story.

There is no conflict so far because he only talked about wanting to challenge them. Just like with Zahard, certain things changed.

I consider everything from the blog posts canon unless the main story contradict them like Adori's lineage and Yama's backstory. I have no reason to believe that Wolhaiksong's origin has been changed.

The difference is that we know Urek can. That's not always the case for Baam.

What do you know that we don't? He always said that it was subject to change and I'll keep considering these info as canon until they get disproved. It's not a problem at all.

overall the ending of ToG is gonna be like Naruto where Baam(Darkness- Black Shinsu, Endless Void, Awaken by Outside God) & Urek(Light- Light Shinsu, Light Child) will face Phanta. Just like Sasuke & Naruto face Madara.

I was actually thinking about this yesterday. That admin is also the one that helped get Evankhell and Hansung Yu to the last station.

But Baam could challenge Ranker in the ranking office without that permission.

Danzon said that the ranking match is a match between Rankers. As for the ranking office, they go there to protest the ranking and they will challenge the Test Rankers there.

However, in this spin off, Danzon added that there is a rule that Rankers are not allowed to fight Regulars and they need the permission from admins for that match. He was also surprised that the 2nd floor admin gave permission so easily.

I am surprised by how reasonable Danzon is, I thought he was all for destroying Urek but he didn't expect him to come and was taken aback by Urek's lack of hesitation and the Admin's approval.

This is just like the "Urek didn't get a Pocket." Not very important. We don't need everything to be on screen. Danzon was talking about the official method and Baam took the test officially too. Either things have changed or it happened offscreen.
